copy your playlist code
visit this page http://afzulnizam.fileave.com/home.html
and choose addbox generator and then follow instruction there.

Just adding info: This is much easier to use if you dont have any addbox function. Here http://theftalk.com/t21070-Add-Box-Short-Script.html . It doesnt need addbox function to make it work. Just follow the given instructions and you're done
