I think some of you notice this.
Just want to ask,
Is it prohibited to say:
[i]"Pending Request"[/i]
blah blah blah
[i]"Thank you"[/i]
blah blah blah
without putting a fansign pics?
[hr]
i know some mods 'closed' that topic before
because of continues spam 
i understand him/her for doing that.
They can simply send a PM to the person
they want to thank or adding a +repu
for appreciating their work.
Can we 'report' the post without a fansign pics?
