if i make an avatar for ftalk,how could i change the KB to 40 ? IF i animate it, it always says "The selected file was too large to upload. The server didn't allow the upload." or is it the size.. ? pls help mee

I think its the size.
If your animating it, 'decrease the frame'
then after that, save it.
The size must be 40kb or below.
You cannot upload your avatar
if your size is higher than 40kb.

How do i know if it's 40KB or not..
and how do i decrease the frame?

As you click 'Browse..'
Locate the folder that you placed/saved the avatar,
Right click the file then, Click properties.
There, you can find the size of the document.
