[b]i usually edit their sigs and add "Large Sig" if there are spaces. Can we like pm them and tell them that after 1 or 2 weeks we will remove the sig if they dont change it?[/b]

Yes, moderators could modify certain fields on user's profile. This is useful, for example when there's a user who put offensive or objectionable content on their avatar or signature.

yeah but what if they don't intend to let somebody else to use their accounts? what if they left their accounts not logout and they use it in public computer cafe?

Well in that case, nothing we can do to prevent it because the problem is caused by human error not the system fault. 
If you feel that it is important to turn off this feature, please start another thread so we and other mods could discuss about it.

Uhm, what i do is to remove the image tags on their image urls so that the large image wont show up, and all that is displayed is the url of the sig. Then i also put "Large Sig, pls change --FoRsAkEnKiD" on the sig.

Haha~ yeah I do that, edit their sigs.
I leave the image url and put a note there about their oversized sigs.
I don't usually leave my name cos they might hate me for it.
At least they'd know that their sigs are inappropriate.

he actually replace his oversized sig to another oversized sig. hahaha
