Don't worry, almost all Disney superstars who are girls become a bitchy women, and I think she's going that way too, just like Britney...
and also, if she wants to have fun, why don't she do it privately not publicly.

it's ok.i'ts not that sexy as i think. 
and she's from another country and has a culture that is different from other country thats why some people think that her picture was scandalous.
