Distractions sound like a good idea to get my mind off of things.. -- - -- "San ba tayo pupunta?" I asked when I was done. I found him sitting by the veranda again. "Basta. Marami tayong gagawin." he flashed a grin. Then he took my hand and dragged me with him. I blushed. "Nakaswimsuit ka naman sa ilalim ng suot mo no?" he asked while we were running. "Oo. Bakit ba?" "Just checking." Then we ran faster. I was staring at him the whole time. Lark's really good looking you know. Di ko lang siguro maadmit noon kasi magkaaway kami.. Saka ewan, parang ever since last night I feel closer to him na. Di na 'ko naaawkward pagka magkasama kami. Wala narin akong balak umiwas. Huh. It's amazing what one crying session can do. Finally, we stopped. At nasa tapat kami ng parang mini rental shack. "Um, pwedeng makahiram ng 2 surf board?" Lark said. Wooooooooooow. Magssurf kami? Game!! -- - -- Whew. Kapagod un ah. Dami naming ginawa. Haha. First we surfed, then nagparasailing, tapos jet ski, nag-kayaking and nagsnorkeling din kami. Pinagod talaga ako ng taong 'to. Di ko na nga nagawang isipin si Cameron sa sobrang enjoy ko. "So, solb?" Lark asked me nung nakahiga kami sa floor ng cabin. We were so tired di na kami umabot sa kama. Haha. "Definitely." I answered. Then I smiled and closed my eyes. Dito na ata ako matutulog e? A few minutes later narinig kong gumalaw at tumayo si Lark. Siguro ppunta na sa kwarto. Oh well. Basta ako pagod. Haha. Haay. Ano kaya-- "Uuuuuuy!!" I shouted, startled. I was suddenly lifted from the floor. Lark was carrying me. "L-lark! What're you doing?!" "Ilalapag kita sa kama mo. Wag ka ng mkulet. Alam kong wala ka naring energy. Just relax." he explained. I opened my mouth to argue but thought better of it. "O-okay." I said nervously. Tama naman siya e. Pagod na ako. And I do want to sleep on my bed na. So fine, let him carry me. When he placed me down, I whispered, "Thank you." And put on the sheets over my body and closed my eyes na, ready to sleep. -- - -- [u]Lark's POV[/u] She whispered "Thank you." and fixed herself into a sleeping position. I was about to leave her pero I suddenly did something I did not tell myself to do. I brushed the hair out of her face and kissed her forehead. She didn't move though. Tulog na siguro. THANK GOOOOOOOD! I quickly got out of the room and lay on my own bed, thinking. "What the hell'd you do that for, Lark?" I asked myself. Then I too fell asleep.
