I entered my first (and last) beauty pageant when I was in 6th grade. On stage, I was day dreaming. I wasn't paying attention to the emcee. I was thinking of insignificant things like "Ah. There are so many people." "Ugh. How long am I gonna stand here?" "I wish this was over so I can go home" and etc. I don't even know if I was still smiling or looking slightly pissed. (I was forced to join.) So then the emcee asked us, the candidates to turn to the right. Since I wasn't paying attention, I didn't hear what he said. So then my escort discreetly told me to face right. Snapping out of my thoughts I was like "Huh? What?". And because I was still in a daze I faced left first and then made a full 360, ending the pose with a shrug. FML. :lol3:
