We don't take that rule seriously. If we get caught we need to write 5 papers of all 'I will speak English always' blah blah blah...

yes, in our school. but only the grade school students are taking it seriously. high school students, like me, only speak in english when we talk to teachers and other school staff or when a teacher or the principal is nearby 
but, they always remind us to follow the english speaking rule because it's for our own good and they are just training us for the future.

yes in our school D: but ofcourse we are too lazy to speak in english duhh! it's hard po

Yeah english is a must in my campus too. But not that strict though.

For me it's a YES. Uhm, as a college student we need to practice and use that type of language for our future preparation, that's why some of our teachers really like to have that kind of rule.

It is a rule. But in some subjects like CL & Filipino, we're allowed to speak Cebuano. OH YEAH. And in science too. xD Well basically, if you don't know how to express it in english, you can speak cebuano. xD

It's a rule in our school. I'm not fluent in speaking English Language, but I'm trying. :")
