That's how much He loves us that He wants to keep us for eternity. By humans I mean EVERYONE. But as much as He wants to, He cannot take those without believing in Jesus. Why? simply because He is too holy that he cannot let a single sin to come near Him. That's what Jesus died for, for us to be right with God. For our sins to be forgiven. God is a fair God. I strongly believe He would not let anyone die without them having the chance of hearing about Christ. Except of course the children who are too young to make these kinds of decisions.
