Hmm.. hmm.. is it on the right section? I dunno lols.
I so love [b]Vice Ganda[/b], his jokes are so amusing and he also gives advices at times. ( In Showtime ) But not all of his jokes are good, sometimes it's offensive.
For international.. eh.. Eddie Murphy is good. Hmm.. Mr. Bean? Haha.
