For me, [b]Visual Kei[/b]. 
No offense but the 'Oshare'-thingy makes the guys look more gay. Srry.
It don't have many differences at all so I can't choose but after viewing some images, I still like [b]Visual Kei[/b].
And maybe, try posting pictures of the two so others won't get confused. .gif)

But Oshare Kei is good too. They are sub of Visual Kei. Colorful than Visual Kei. That what makes them better than the other BAND OUT THERE.
