It can work simultaneously but not fused together in one connection.
[spoiler]Digital Subscriber Line and Wireless [b]not[/b] Digital Subscriber Line [b]FUSED[/b] with Wireless.
You can use both connections but individually. .gif)

Thought, [b]you can combine[/b] them using W(ide)A(rea)N(etwork) method with dual WAN and Wireless WAN routers, but that's all I know...
Try researching CISCO. Maybe they have some ideas regarding DSL and Wireless combined in one connection.
Honestly, I never encountered wireless and DSL combined using WAN method, only two different connections.

I haven't tried wireless yet, but yes if DSL/Broadband. Just trying configuring the TCP/IP address and gateway while configured in a WAN router. It's kinda hard to explain the complete detail... but I think you can find some ideas in Wikipedia.

I think it depends if it supports your connection. Try asking the support team of your Internet connection.
Anyway, try dyndns server. Fast with globe and PLDT. In my experience anyway...

kimmy what is your highest kbps? mine was 150kbps for downloads excluding site surfing when i was on the highest part in my place but when im here in my room past 2hours ago the highest was 40kbps but now it between 1-22kbps". wireless internet connection depends on location and time!
