This is not the exact code (I mean you still need to modify the variables: the bolded ones) but they make your div boxes scrollable. If you want the mainbar to be scrollable, put the codes in the #content css, or in #sidebar css if you want the sidebar to be scrollable. Actually I can't tell the specific places where they should be put since all themes have different construction on their css codes. But just look for the [b]#content[/b] and/or [b]#sidebar[/b] (or sometimes it is [b]#wrapper #content[/b] and [b]#wrapper #sidebar[/b]). Hope this helps. Just ask again if you have problems regarding this.
