We always have the report button if you think that , that topic is not true.
But it depends that's why it's called [b]News and Gossip[/b]

that`s why it`s called the news and gossip section. Gossips may be true or not. 
How would you even know if that was true or not in the first place. We would never know because we aren`t the ones being gossiped at.
