I have problem with my PC, some sites disappear on 1 day then the following day, I can access it already
here is a screenshot of the website I frequently visited but today it become like this (I already encounter this problem 5 times)
What should I do? I already asked my friends that the site is up.

Maybe some Malware reconfigured your about:config on Firefox.
Try using other browsers and test it.
If it's the same...
Maybe some program changed your DNS or loop back IP on Internet options on Internet Explorer, that's why your Internet access turned to limited in some parts of the day.

maybe this happened when they do maintenance or the site was deleted thats why it turns like that! i experienced that when my site was deleted due to hosting site upgrades.
edited: try using other computer and if the site show the same page meaning the problem is not your computer.
