Cruise — looking unrecognizable with no hair and suspenders in character as his Tropic Thunder persona Les Grossman — got a little touchy feely with Jennifer Lopez, smacking her booty at one point during a dance number. Wife Katie Holmes cheered on the odd couple as they busted a move. Shocking kisses were a big theme on the show. Twilight stars — and real life couple — Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart teased the crowd with a semi-liplock after winning the award for Best Kiss. Sandra Bullock gave lip service to Scarlett Johansson while accepting the MTV Generation Award. Sandra had been nominated for the Best Kiss award with ScarJo's husband Ryan Reynolds in The Proposal. They lost and Ryan couldn't be there, so Sandy did the next best thing: smooched Scarlett. There was also some guy-on-guy action between Russell Brand and his Get Him To The Greek co-star Jonah Hill. It wasn't all laughter at the show — there were some tears too. Hangover star Ken Jeong, who won Best WTF Moment for his role as a Korean crime boss in last summer's hit, honored his wife while he accepted his award. "I want take the opportunity to thank my wife Tran ... Todd [Phillips, director of The Hangover] and Bradley Cooper, who actually helped me through a really difficult time when my wife was going through breast cancer treatment," said Ken, through tears. "The reason why I did this is that she taught me that life is short, and then don't be afraid to take chances. I just want to tell you that Tran is cancer-free for two years," he proudly announced. The show ended on a high note as the cast of Twilight: New Moon picked up their trophy for Best Movie and star Peter Facinelli summed things up saying, "What a night!" [/align]
