As soon as the invitation for battle has been sent, the challenger must proceed [url=http://theftalk.com/t69698-Battle-Challenges.html]here[/url] to post the following information: - [color=gray]Name of Opponent[/color] - [color=gray]Battle Type[/color] - [color=gray]Status (accepted/declined/waiting for reply)[/color] - [color=gray]Reason (if status is declined)[/color] If the invitation for battle has been [color=green]accepted,[/color] both parties have [color=gray]three[/color] days to decide on the ff: - [color=gray]Battle Theme[/color] - [color=gray]Rules of the Battle[/color] - [color=gray]How to determine the winner[/color] - [color=gray]Contest Time Frame/Deadline for submission of entries[/color] After completing those information, the challenger must either create a new thread for the submission of entries or PM a moderator to do it for him/her. Only [color=gray]five battles[/color] can be addressed at a time. [b]Battle Proper:[/b] [li]Challenger must keep an open communication with any moderator of Battle section.[/li] [li]Both parties must agree to submit their entry on the same day which is the deadline.[/li] [li]If one of the party fail to submit his/her entry on the deadline, the other party will automatically win by default.[/li] [li]Flaming/Trolling is strictly prohibited.[/li] [b]Rank Waging:[/b] [li]If one of the battle participant is a ranked member/titleholder (for example: Zen Photographer) and the battle is a Photography Contest, if the titleholder [color=gray]agrees to put his rank at stake[/color], then both parties will battle for his/her rank.[/li] [li]If the titleholder loses, his/her rank will automatically be transferred to his/her opponent.[/li] [li]If the titleholder wins, he/she gets to keep his/her rank and gains a 'battle win'.[/li] [li]The only way to get a rank back is to win a battle against the member who won the rank.[/li] [li]A ranked member can decline a rank wager but he/she must state the reason.[/li] [li]If a ranked member loses, he/she will [color=gray]not[/color] be removed from the Ftalk Hall of Fame because it doesn't change the fact that he/she won that contest.
