If I'm not mistaken, it should automatically resize your photo. But I'm not sure if that still works now. o.O

if it`s about the avatar`s size you can use photoshop or any photo editing software. if you don`t have try [url=http://tinypic.com]Tinypic[/url] You can resize your photo there.
