you dont need a suggestions or ideas, you need to fix your usb hehe", ill give you two solutions on how to fix your usb.
the first is, format your usb using this software

i used rapid share temporarily because my fileden account was bandwidth exceed.
second solution is, you need to know the brand of your usb like for example transcend then go to the site of transcend and find the software for formatting usb. i tested this and 100% working",

i have a feeling the first solution wont work but the second one has the bigger chance to fix your usb unless it doesnt have brand or it doesnt have reformatting tool from respective brand!

this kind of problem can be fixable. the hp windows format utility work for most people but it dont work for me. when i went here,
