T_T I'll never be able to fix that. T_T
Everything happened after installing a new HD.
Turn on > PC power on > Monitor no signal
Did replace psu with stronger one.
Did restart cmos in all ways possible.
Did remove bat and ram for a DAY!
Did reseated every parts.
Did removed non essential parts of PC.
Did removed newly installed HD
NOTHING HAPPENED!!!!!!!
(am going crazy!)

Are you sure the new HD is compatible with the motherboard? I had this happen before also..turned out I bought the wrong type HD

^ yes Sir bob. The new HD I attached was already used in this PC before.
It was borrowed by my bro. Then he gave it back. Then after using it on my PC
it wont start. I tried using it on other pC's but its ok.

Have you checked the AVR if it's getting proper electricity? Try plugging it in on another socket.

try to put back the old hd, if still work maybe the power supply and the motherboard are the problems! you have almost the same problem with my classmate! his technician suggested him to buy new power supply and motherboard.
you can also consult technician near from your place, im sure its free and give you more info to fix your computer",

@ed, try borrowing an analog tester and check if the power of the mobo or other peripherals.
