Hi guys! I have this laptop Acer 4810T, it's not that new though but I have a problem.. My laptop will not turn on unless I will plug it even the battery is inserted and the status of the battery is "plugged in, not charging" and I also noticed that the power of my battery is decreasing slowly even it's plugged in. what could be the problem?

Sounds like ur battery is also too old, maybe time to replace it

Try cheeking the charger adapter itself. Usually, if it provides insufficient power, it can only give the laptop minimal power, disregarding the charging.
How old is the laptop anyway?

try checking the cord, maybe some parts are losing! if you know how to use tester, use it if the current can still flow!
