As long as they love each other regardless of gender then why not?
But the question is, it good or bad?
For me, it's bad. Not 'I hate it' kind of bad. It's just 'wrong'. I mean, you don't need the forensics team to figure this one out.
It's bad because BASICALLY, humans are meant to propagate. (And I'm not basing this on the bible, so let's forget about all those who's gonna burn in hell talk. That's just the way it is with all species.)
And how are homos suppose to produce an offspring if they're in a relationship with the same genitalia?
I'm not saying that it's wrong to love. People can love whoever they wanted to especially if it's mutual. I'm trying to point out though what I see wrong with this 'unique' kind of love.

Some people would think it's disgusting because thing is, admit it or not, it's hard to be open-minded with this kind of relationship because we (on behalf of the straight people out there) don't feel what you guys feel. We don't see people in the same sex 'that' way. We just don't. (Sorry!)
Do you know the reason why most straight guys become homophobic in the first place? It's because most homos force their feelings to guys who are straight (And I said 'most' because that's what I often see, going as far as seducing the poor guy or trying to bribe them with money). You guys want to put ourselves in your shoes? Then put yourselves in the shoes of the person you like first. You guys say it's not wrong to love someone in the same sex but I don't think that kind of love is right either, don't you think so?
I mean, if they find your feelings for them perpetually 'disturbing' or 'awkward' then don't blame them because even though you are 100% certain of your feelings that you indeed like someone in the same sex, a straight person doesn't share those same feelings. If they eventually see you 'that' way then good but if not, then I'm sorry if it didn't work out for you.
And oh, I'm not saying that all homos are like that. ^
