it's not plagiaristic, it is infringement of copyright. read the footer of FriendsterTalk.

problem solve. he changed all the contents of his forum.
changed the section titles, removed the iframed overlay generator.
coz i posted a notice on his forum and in http://freeforums.org which his forum is hosted.
i would tell mark about it also.

his co-admin did those copying of other forums' contents.
so he remove that co-admin out of his forum.
lol. im not powerful. it's just a clever way of dealing with website copycats.
go to their host provider and report the incident immediately.
remember if you will contact the providers, type it as if you are a professional.
