Yeah, it wasn't specified in the rules yet. But I do know that it's not allowed, in many forums. I plan to close that thread, but I said I'd gave it a day or two. I guess it's overdue, and besides thread owner did not give further info on her post. But I think selling shouldn't be allowed, info on an item would be okay though. But selling specially on 1st post seem a little off. I closed the thread for now, I'll wait for admin to clarify what's his take on this.

Item sales and trades shouldn't be allowed here, mainly because of security reasons. Even in online auction and shopping sites like ebay there is still a chance of fraudulent transaction. The risk is higher if it's done in forums like friendstertalk especially for buyers, because we don't have capabilities to maintain and regulate the sales activity.

Thanks admin. At least now we know. Even if we wouldn't be held initially liable if ever she was in fraud, still, the forum's reputation is at risk, so thank you admin for clarifying that.

Yeah! I think we should. So members will be warned beforehand. Although, majority of the members doesn't read the rules. Hahaha.
