and yes, it is possible to edit the css codes using a notepad. i usually do that.

Of course, it is possible to edit CSS codes in Notepad, I thought Notepads were useless before.

you can edit your CSS in a notepad, but viewing it is not possible, i think you can only view your layout if you upload it in a file hosting site and saving it with [b].HTML[/b] in the end..correct me if i'm wrong..but i'm quite sure of this..
