I usually do punching exercises before i do a guitar practice. I dont know, its just make my arms feel lighter after.

My guy friend taught me a few techniques,

But of course, i think everybody would definitely want to learn Kung Fu. Im also a fan of old asian martial arts movies (like those from Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, etc)

i had my training for almost 2 years. i learned using the "broad sword"(like the one in the pic that padme posted) and learned "white crane". the rest of my wushu training was more concentrated in lion/dragon dancing, cymbals training and "funny monk/*choput*" training.(well that was not included in the real meaning of "wushu", right? I just shared it to you because you might be wandering what did i done for that long period of time in wushu
