Best captain is Byakuya -- cosz he's very skilled with good looks to match haha. Hitsugaya is cool too, but not the best, he still lacks exp
Worst? Mmm, i dont like Tousen -- traitor. (aizen and gin are traitors too, but their personality are the "lovable villain" kind 
)
