Well..According to me Just Moderator from assigned area should zap the reports.. 
Friendstertalk.com has many areas and each of them is assigned by moderators..
For example : [b]Friendster Tricks and Tutorials area[/b] is moderated by Ephemeral, FeenQueGurL_08, alvin_bilian, eehjhay, feruzz, meng.o3... 
So..all reports that have relation with [b]Friendster Tricks and Tutorials area[/b] should be zapped by Ephemeral, FeenQueGurL_08, alvin_bilian, eehjhay, feruzz, meng.o3.. 
I think it's better to be like that..
