Yeah We will have three categories: - Pure CSS design - CSS+JS layout - Overlay profile Every forum/website/community can have as many representatives as they want. Each representative can submit one layout entry up to three layout entries, only one entry for each category. We bought a domain that we can held the contest there. So there will be no assumptions that the competition will be biased and favored to FriendsterTalk.
