Hahaha.. I apologize sir benz. Yes i've been busy and some problems irrelevant to the contest occurred. I guess this is better. I mean so people won't get pressured. They can have as much preparation they can get since school starts on Philippines which where most participants live. I guess we can start this competition on the end of this month, can't we? And besides I'm having a bit problem with the official website of the contest. Nobody is approaching me to give a hand to help me. Hmm.. But I guess its alright. I can do it.
