So Torin helped him in doing that they went to a mall and buy something for Chelsea...on the next day,the students in PHU have a culminating activity after that... Torin told Chelsea that he had a surprise for her... surprisingly!!! Chelsea saw Brandon having a stuff toy and flowers too... Brandon said "Can you be my girlfriend?"... Chelsea is so shock in that moment and she answered "Ah!!! Can you give me three days to think.It is so unexpected.I thought you admired to the sister of Abegail. Brandon deny it and told her "No!!!
