mine is:
High School: first year--kapisanang frantas. waaaaah. (means filipino club)
second year--math club, science club,and jgu club. 
oops! i almost forgot! ssg. 
third year--tle club,math club, step club, dlc, ssg(vice president), and many more. waaah. can't remember the others.
