@admin thanks for the reply! yes it appears to be from the different topics i subscribe to. Just now when I checked my email I had notifications from 25 July and the same topic notifications for todays post. My nofications up until about 1 week ago had always been correct also and I have not made any recent changes. I will change my settings to how you suggested and see if it improves, I just did not want to see the actual post in the notification. [b]Update[/b] I made the change so the notifications include the post that was made, it works fine but I am still getting old notifications from many of the topics
