me?! when i cant sleep i usually go to bed and play some music thats the why ive relax my self and in no time ive been sleeping (but when im always doing that i always go to asleep while my ipod is still on haha!) 
why dont you try after reading this go to bed and think "nothing" as in dont think nothing in your mind in that way you can sleep try it
