First Download the TuneUp Utilities 2008 trial.. http://www.tune-up.com/products/tuneup-utilities/ Navigate to the drive where it affected. then type "autorun.inf" (sample: F:\autorun.inf) hit ENTER.

I have tuneup installed on my home pc, but on the office my office pc is so ancient I don't install so much appz if you want to delete autorun.inf just browse the root folder of any drive with WINRAR then right click choose DELETE, is that simple ye? Now what if you experience an autorun.inf folder that you can't delete? Try UNLOCKER http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/ dang free.
