First Download the TuneUp Utilities 2008 trial.. http://www.tune-up.com/products/tuneup-utilities/ Navigate to the drive where it affected. then type "autorun.inf" (sample: F:\autorun.inf) hit ENTER. notepad will show up. then find the virus program. Sometime it contains ".exe" and ".vbs" files.. find them. after you found you will need a shredder program, like TuneUp2008 download the trial version http://www.tune-up.com/products/tuneup-utilities/ Make sure you locate the drive. apply to all drive directory and also to Windows folder. sometime the virus itself spread to all drives. so make sure you add the virus program to all the drives. add also the "autorun.inf" to the shredder so it will deleted too. after that click next-next-finish. When you Done deleting, uncheck all startup programs except for the anti virus... Go to System Configuration Utility by clicking the START->RUN>type "MSCONFIG"->navigate so STARTUP TAB->then uncheck all except the anti virus. once youve done click Apply or Ok then REstart windows. For better protection of your computer install or download KASPERSKY anti virus.. hahaha... Hope it help...
Sory for my wrong gramar and Spelling.. hehehe...

how can i know if there is an autorun virus in my comouter? btw nice tutorial there.. ^_^
Once you open any drives especialy flash drives, when you double click it on my computer it open in a new window explorer, haha that may contains virus, or when you right click the drive and you'll see like this picture bellow... Once you open the drive, it will spread to all drives and system folder...

I have tuneup installed on my home pc, but on the office my office pc is so ancient I don't install so much appz if you want to delete autorun.inf just browse the root folder of any drive with WINRAR then right click choose DELETE, is that simple ye? Now what if you experience an autorun.inf folder that you can't delete? Try UNLOCKER http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/ dang free.
