your sig there is cute and fancy, maybe you should dload more "cute" brushes and also use "very" light colors to enhance your style, oh and i think you should try to sharpen your piuc a bit then erase any ugly parts (around your face preferably) 
EDIT:
one more thing, use photo filters and other adjustments, just experiment, you might find your precise taste on your sig/image's outcome
