After making an acct, you should see a [u]DROPDOWN BOX[/u] somewhere there in your acct.. Click [b]CREATE NEW/CREATE[/b] to create new cpanel for ur domain.. follow the instructions!
Then go to ur cpanel > fantastico autoinstaller > wordpress > install it!
wait for a few minutes. 20-30 approximately. then visit your site na. :D
