Sleeping is important, it's the time we re-charge from a long tiring day.

this year, my usual longest sleep hours is just 7 hrs...
can't take it if i just sleep less than 7hrs...
i know that in my course (nursing), sleepless [i]kami[/i] if i reach in my junior and senior years.. hopefully...
but well, i'm still in my 2nd yr so, i'll definitely use all my free time to sleep!
