hmmm.. this is only my suggetion.
i think we must have a different icon in "Sticky"
so that member will easily notice the "Sticky Topics"
some members don't notice [i]sticky [/i]topics because it is written only a word "sticky"
they confuse with that.
we must separate the "locked icon" and "Sticky icon"
