That's An Easy Question.
Just Don't Make The Circle Of The Eye In The Drawing. (Didn't get It? Click the LINK!)

After That, Use The "Select Tool" And Make A Box In the Circle Of The Eye.
Right Click That And Press "Copy" After That, Right Click Again And Press "Paste"
And Your Done! Anywayz, Nice Outcome.
