(Didn't get It? Click the LINK!) http://i317.photobucket.com/albums/mm366/Nina_Faye/0665e5b5.png After That, Use The "Select Tool" And Make A Box In the Circle Of The Eye. Right Click That And Press "Copy" After That, Right Click Again And Press "Paste" And Your Done! Anywayz, Nice Outcome.
