Each of the clans can do that as long as they have a [b]Pangulo[/b]. So that means even if we have a [b]flag count 50[/b] and we have [b]Pangulo[/b] already, the pangulo can decide whenever it is needed to "[b]Make a pact[/b]". So... [b]Aswangs[/b].... do you find me inactive enough to be [b]Pangulo[/b]? If so... you can replace me with [b]legend_killer[/b] a.k.a. br0 [b]Guile[/b] since he is most active and has made a lot of attacks for the clan. Your choice
