Hello guys kinda busy hehe...
Anyway this is all I can give for now. 
Making your internet fast and changing IP. (Changing IP doesn't always work but it works...)
Press Winkey+R/Start Key+R
Type cmd
Type ipconfig/flushdns
Type ipconfig/release (Will disconnect you from the Internet.)
Type ipconfig/renew (Wait for your connection to reconnect.)
Type exit or close the run prompt.
Browser interwebz faster! 
Effect last to two - five hours.
Change IP helps when downloads slots are busy on RapidShare or some file host site.
