Making your internet fast and changing IP. (Changing IP doesn't always work but it works...)
Press Winkey+R/Start Key+R
Type cmd
Type ipconfig/flushdns
Type ipconfig/release (Will disconnect you from the Internet.)
Type ipconfig/renew (Wait for your connection to reconnect.)
Type exit or close the run prompt.
Browser interwebz faster!
Effect last to two - five hours.
Change IP helps when downloads slots are busy on RapidShare or some file host site.

I think it will not work if your IP add is a STATIC 
lucky for you guys. I tried it before when i was pissed downloading so many rar file thru rapidshare And I am a Router user,
For a router users. If your downloading Files from Rapidshare, Just unplug the Connection on ur router then Get it back, And then, Tadan, Ur IP add will be changed But im not using this process. lols
