I think it will not work if your IP add is a STATIC 
lucky for you guys. 
I tried it before when i was pissed downloading so many rar file thru rapidshare And I am a Router user,
For a router users. If your downloading Files from Rapidshare, Just unplug the Connection on ur router then Get it back, And then, Tadan, Ur IP add will be changed 
But im not using this process. lols
