Those you posted are the same. You just put the other attribute before the other attribute.
For example
<link href="" rel="" type="" />
is the same if you put the rel="" before href=""
<link rel="" href="" type="" />
and also the same if you put the type before those two
<link type="" href="" rel="" />
So it means there are 6 different arrangements of attributes in that code.
