it seems like im having some problem to format my pendrive.. each time i click the format button, a warning pops up! it says: [b]WINDOWS CANNOT FORMAT THIS DRIVE. QUIT ANY DISK UTILITIES OR OTHER

each time i click the format button, a warning pops up!
it says:
[b]WINDOWS CANNOT FORMAT THIS DRIVE. QUIT ANY DISK UTILITIES OR OTHER PROGRAMS THAT ARE USING THIS DRIVE, AND MAKE SURE THAT NO WINDOWS IS DISPLAYING THE CONTENTS OF THE DRIVE. THEN TRY FORMATTING AGAIN.[/b]
but somehow, i didnt open any windows that display d content of the pendrive..
can any1 teach me how to fix it??
