That's really easy. What the editor of that picture just did is simply using [u]Quick Masking[/u].
Press Q to start QuickMask and using a brush, brush all the parts you want to change the color. One layer, one color at a time. Press Q again to stop masking and right-click the picture, Select Inverse to select the part you brushed and then Fill it with color. On the layers options, put all the layers to Screen or Multiply mode to make the picture perfect.
