The line called Grid.
Heres how to do it.

1. Make [b]New File[/b] on Photoshop with square size 10x10 pixel, 20x20 pixel or any size you want.
[i]I use 20x20 pixel for this[/i].

2. Create [b]New Layer[/b] there and [b]stroke 2 lines[/b] like example below (I used 2 pixel width)

3. [b]Hide Background Layer[/b], and go to [b]Edit > Define Pattern[/b], then save name as "grid 20x20" or any you want.

4. Open your working File, then [b]Create New Layer[/b] there. After that you use [b]Edit > Fill[/b] and use [b]Pattern[/b] as Option like below.
And Choose your Previously Defined Pattern at [b]Custom Pattern[/b] box.

5. It will have result like this, and you can change the [b]Black Grid[/b] with any color you want.
